Project Description
The Aldinga Beach House is located on the seafront at Aldinga Beach, south of Adelaide and was completed in April 2016. It is a luxurious holiday house for a family currently living in Melbourne. It has magnificent views of the Fleurieu Peninsula coastline and St Vincent’s gulf. The lower floor has a family living area, two family bedrooms, a large bathroom, a guests suite and laundry. The upper floor has a large living/dining/kitchen area, owner’s suite, a study, a protected outdoor living/barbecue area, a separate balcony and a three car garage/storage area. The house is of precast concrete construction with materials selected for their durability in a coastal environment. Building designed by Billson-Sawley Architects.
